the case is about a 20190516 alleged "chestbump" assault against
Gary Byrd and a "door" assault against a "special person" (stlc police)

the allegation are unsupported by the actual
videos of my police calls for help, police tazor response and Mr Byrds pattern and practice
of threats, bullying and trespass over the last 10 years.

our situation is really all about a 10 year dispute over
big dogs, property and safety of small children

We have been targeted by
Ms Joan Donovan Family Law and her a handful of recruited client neighbors
attempts to force us from our home in a private 3 house court .

Ms Donovans legal strategy involving
false police reports, endless legal fees, 
thier 9 freeroaming big dogs and redirected traffic thru our driveway,
has disrupted our lives and business for 10 year.
