BUGS
- noticed a problem in Firefox with an image that doesn't fill the entire view and is not being centered correctly.

IMPROVEMENTS
- feature to prefetch "next" image while current image is fading in

Navigation

Left/Right Mouse drag: Changes camera heading.
Up/Sown Mouse drag: Changes camera pitch.
Scroll wheel: Changes camera field of view.
I-Key: Displays Info panel with canvas size, image size and FPS.
